Newly refurbished garden flat on the Crescent , modern light and airy with a contemporary feel. 5 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Filey and 5 minutes from the beach with lovely coastal walks. The flat comprises of spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed, 3 seater sofa, smart TV and free Wifi. Well equipped kitchen/diner, with dishwasher, washer/dryer,microwave, smart TV, Swan fridge freezer and bluetooth radio. From the kitchen, via a small hallway access to the double bedroom and twin bedroom (please note the twin bedroom is accessed through the double bedroom) Tastefully refurbished bathroom with shower over bath. Front garden overlooking the sea and Crescent gardens with patio set, ideal for your morning coffee. There is also a rear seating area. Please note this is a garden flat and is accessed via front and rear steps.
Filey is an unspoilt seaside town with individual shops, tea and coffee shops, restaurants. Award winning beach and the famous Filey Brigg. Great community activities throughout the year, including Food Festivals and Filey Folk Festival.

Filey is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast and Yorkshire Wolds.
The flat is situated on Fileys historic crescent close to the award winning Crescent and Glen Gardens. Filey has a beautiful beach stretching for miles from the Brigg to Brempton with its RSPB Seabird Centre and Magnificent Chalk Cliffs.
Filey is perfectly situated for walking both the Yorkshire Wolds Way and the Cleveland Way. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the town centre with its quirky shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
The Coble Landing is a must, a slipway with a picturesque jumble of boats and kiosks for a cuppa and a bacon buttie.
Filey Bird Gardens and Animal Park is very popular with all age-groups and Filey has it’s own small museum with some local history about the town.

Peasholm Park
The Peasholm Park is an oriental themed municipal park located in the seaside town of Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England. It opened in 1912 and became a favourite venue for galas, displays and exhibitions. The park was extended to include Peasholm Glen, a natural ravine, in 1924.

The Scarborough Fair Collection
The Scarborough Fair Collection hosts a magnificent working collection of Vintage Cars, Steam Engines, Vintage Fairground Rides and Mechanical Organs topped off with a 2 'Mighty' Wurlitzer Organs in our spacious ballroom. They host tea dances every Wednesday afternoon and Michael Lester playing the "Mighty" Wurlitzer every Thursday afternoon. The unique venue is also available for private hire and wedding receptions. They have special events throughout the year and a Christmas Spectacular Show
